Mikrocentrum’s certified quality
To guarantee the quality of our services we use several quality control measures. Our ISO 9001 certification shows we control our processes, and our CEDEO-certificate testifies to our accomplishments in customer satisfaction.
We are fully ISO certified. This means that we strictly control all of our quality processes, so that we can guarantee a constant level of quality. You can therefore expect Mikrocentrum to deliver what is promised.
For the fifth consecutive time Mikrocentrum has received the CEDEO certificate. This certificate applies to both our in-house and our open trainings and is valid for the next two years. The CEDEO certificate is based on independent research into customer satisfaction and is only handed out to organizations that have earned a customer satisfaction rating of 80% or higher regarding the quality of their trainings and overall performance as an educational institute. Mikrocentrum continued to perform excellently in the 2014 assessment, obtaining a 93% score for its open courses and a score of 91% for its in-house trainings.

Member of the NRTO
Mikrocentrum is a member of NRTO, whose members represent quality. Its Commission for Quality Control guards this quality and ensures new members meet NRTO standards. All members have signed NRTO’s code of conduct and general conditions , and are affiliated with its Arbitration Committee for Consumer Affairs. The Arbitration Committee for Private Educational Institutes exists to settle disputes between the customer and the provider relating to services provided or to be provided by the latter.
