Geometrical measurement technology and technical drawings

It is important for designers to clearly record their ideas on a technical drawing with all the necessary information and requirements that are essential for the production of a product. This includes: the shape, dimensions, dimensions, dimensional tolerances, shape and place tolerances, roughness, material type(s), material requirements, finishing and quantities. The manufacturer must be able to realize the entire product design process based on this information. This requires knowledge in areas such as interpreting technical drawings, shape and position tolerances and geometric measurement technology. How are technologies such as Virtual/Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, Model Based Definition (PMI), Digital Twins, Big Data and IoT going to change the machining industry? This requires different skills from your employees. Unconventional machining technologies

In a unconventional machining process, the workpiece is machined without removing chips, cut off metal chips. A good example of a unconventional machining operation is punching, where the shape is pressed out of sheet metal, for example. There is a great demand for constructors, machine operators and counters who master unconventional machining techniques. You will learn these techniques during our courses and events.
