About the course Geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing

During the course Geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GDT), you will learn the most important methods of dimensioning and geometric tolerancing according to the latest ISO standards. Are you able to define or interpret correctly the tolerance requirements of a workpiece regarding function, manufacturability, measurability and costs?

Based on examples and exercises, you will learn to interpret and define the geometric requirements according to these standards.

This course also provides an introduction to Model Based Definition (MDB) in preparation for the transition from 2D to 3D. After this course, you will be able to fully understand the logic of geometric specifying and you know how to avoid tolerancing mistakes and fully capture complex requirements.
