Communication for engineers - part 2

You are familiar with basic communication skills (like asking open questions, using the power of silence, active listening and giving developmental feedback). However, you sometimes face situations in which you wonder how to behave best. Recognize any of the following situations? “I would like to deal with conflicts at work more effectively.” “I am not sure how to react when my colleague becomes emotional.” “What I would love is to tell an impactful story on what I am good at and leave a lasting impression on people.” “It would be great to have meetings which are actually productive…” “There must be ways to convince people of my point of view, but what are they…” The training Communication for engineers – part 2 will help you to deal with these situations.

What will you learn during the training Communication for engineers - part 2?
