About the Tolerance analysis course

Tolerance problems often arise from part size variations, adjustment inaccuracies or varying thermal and mechanical loads. This course teaches you how to solve tolerance problems in a structural way. You will learn to make complex tolerance studies understandable to others and give direction to the design process with respect to tolerance aspects. Finally, you will learn to evaluate a design from a tolerance management perspective. During this course, you will develop the skills needed to analyze tolerance risks. In this way you will increase the quality of designs and prevent tolerance problems in production.

The course has an interactive character. Short theoretical lessons are alternated with exercises and own case studies. Individual experiences, questions and practical examples of the participants are parts of this course.
