The course provides technical staff or engineers with insight into where their daily tasks fit into a project environment. Why is there a project environment? How can you influence the environment in which you work? What useful systems are available, and how do they work? There is also a focus on interaction with your colleagues because why does it go better sometimes than others? Where are your strengths, and where is there room for development? A mix of theory and assignments makes it an interactive course in which participants learn from each other and gain new insights. Exchanging experiences, tips, and tricks ensures that each course day provides plenty of food for thought. We conclude the course with a training actor, allowing you to practice what can sometimes be challenging in daily practice.
